WPR Public Infrastructure District

The Wasatch Peaks Ranch Public Improvement District is a financing mechanism created under Utah law that allows private communities like WPR to fund essential infrastructure—including roads, water systems, sewer, and utilities—when traditional municipal support is unavailable or insufficient.  At WPR, the PID was created to meet this critical infrastructure need and has played an instrumental role in financing the community’s core road, water, and sewer systems.
